Community Resource Center: Building a Cohesive Brand System to Match a Mission That Never Stops

The Challenge

When the Community Resource Center needed clear, cohesive branding for their expanding fundraising efforts and outreach programs, Mazzo Media created a suite of sub-brands under one powerful visual identity—helping this vital nonprofit grow its impact without slowing down.

The SOlution

For over 35 years, the Community Resource Center (CRC) has operated as a supply line to the front lines of poverty, supporting agencies across Middle Tennessee with essential products. Their team, though small, is unstoppable—especially in times of crisis, when the CRC becomes an anchor for community care.

Amid a surge of back-to-back natural disasters, CRC reached out to Mazzo Media to help create a unified brand presence across their growing list of events and initiatives. They had a strong core brand, but needed help applying it consistently to different areas of impact. We developed a suite of six logos under the CRC umbrella—starting with four for fundraising events, and later expanding to include a sponsored hygiene system initiative for schools and public locations, and a new Young Professionals Organization. Each design honored the main brand while giving each program its own distinct identity.

The RESULTS

With a flexible but cohesive branding system in place, the CRC can now launch new events and initiatives with confidence and clarity. Each logo fits beautifully within their overall brand, creating instant recognition and trust in both community and donor-facing efforts.
